The evening was fantastic and the food was wonderful. Working with Mike from the USA before our arrival was very easy and wonderfully accommodating. The tapas and paella you cooked for the ten of us were really delicious. A wonderful way to celebrate our vacation at Casa Adelante in Mijas, Spain.

Michael, we just got back from our great trip to Spain. Thanks to you it was even more wonderful. Our group of seven was more than impressed with the two meals that you prepared for us. They really were two of the best meals we had during our stay! We would more than recommend hiring a private chef to anyone who would like a relaxing dinner with fine food at home. It was a great way to relax after a full day of seeing the wonderful sights of Spain. Thankyou.

Two fantastic occasions. The food was first class, and the service just blended seamlessly with the events. A very friendly sevice that was personal and nothing was to much trouble. Two contrasting styles of event, BBQ, and formal dinner were easily handled. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended.

Just wanted to say how much we appreciated everything you did for us over the two days. Your professionalism, attentiveness, creativity and quality were beyond reproach. You went beyond our expectations, (and we have HIGH expectations!) and we are really grateful how you made our two evenings flow so smoothly. We also appreciated your unobtrusiveness (meant in the nicest possible way) so we could relax with our guests.
